Refund policy

 

Cancellation of Order.

Cancellation would be accepted only within 4 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of a competent authority at urjerseystore.

For cancellation, an email must be sent to hello@urjerseystore.com with order number, details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

 

Returns / Exchange :

Returns are only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged during transit.
A query has to be raised within 3 hours of the receipt of shipment / delivery to the address. Our policy lasts for 3 hour post delivery of the product, and If this time lapses from the delivery / receipt of the product,  we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, we would expect you to immediately send pictorial evidence (videos or pictures) of the defect of the product on our email - hello@urjerseystore.com along with the order number in the email subject line.

Exchange :

In case there is an issue with the size / fitting of the product, you will need you to send the the product back in same condition, (i. e with original packaging and tags intact) to our warehouse,

Our warehouse address will be provided by our team once we have been notified of a size issue. (Also, you are requested to send us an email mentioning the courier service provider and the tracking number of the parcel you will send your product back to our warehouse with on - hello@urjerseystore.com)

On receipt of the product and after thorough inspection of the returned item. a new shipment of different size / item will be sent back.

Please Note : INR 99/- per product will be charged for re-shipping the exchanged item. We therefore request you to kindly cross check the size chart provided below each product before placing an order.

 

Refunds : 

There is strictly a no refunds policy with urjerseystore.
